Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow enhancement technique that uses a precise hand tool equipped with a blade formed of tiny needles. This technique involves scratching pigment into the skin in fine, short strokes that mimic the appearance of natural eyebrow hair. It’s an ideal solution for those with sparse eyebrows, providing a fuller and more defined brow shape.

Microblading is often referred to by several other names, including:
– Brow Tattoo
– 3D Eyebrow Embroidery
– Hairline Tattoo
– Feather Touch

Microblading is not just about enhancing eyebrows; it’s about crafting the perfect eyebrow shape to complement each individual face. The procedure is executed with a tool that resembles a pen. The tip of the tool is a sloped blade with 10-12 small needles that gently scratch the surface of the skin, similar to a paper cut. These fine needles implant featherweight strokes with medical-grade pigment on the epidermis layer, creating realistic and natural-looking hair strokes.

Unlike traditional tattooing, microblading deposits the pigment on the superficial layer of the skin and not the deeper layers. This method ensures the results are not permanent; the color typically fades within 18 months. Microblading effects can last up to a year on normal to dry skin types before a touch-up is necessary. However, it is important to note that microblading might fade more quickly on oily skin and is generally less recommended for those with this skin type.

If you find yourself struggling with thin, uneven, or patchy eyebrows, microblading could be the perfect solution for you. Many people spend excessive time in front of the mirror, trying to correct their brows, which can be frustrating and time-consuming. Furthermore, the worry that your eyebrows may smudge or get out of place during social events or nightly outings can significantly impact your confidence and enjoyment.

Microblading offers a semi-permanent solution to enhance your eyebrows, ensuring they always look perfect, without the daily hassle. This technique allows you to wake up every day with well-defined, natural-looking eyebrows, eliminating the need for constant touch-ups and giving you the confidence to face the day (and night) without hesitation. Embrace the simplicity and beauty of microblading and say goodbye to eyebrow worries.

I don’t love nothing more than to give you the most amazing results possible. To be able to do that we need to work together and make sure you are ready for your appointment. Follow the restrictions below to ensure your skin is in the best possible condition, so they can create a masterpiece for you in the most optimal conditions so read carefully:

DO NOT use Retinols/Retin-A or other anti-aging/acne creams 7 days prior

DO NOT apply on eyebrows any serums containing acids 7 days prior

DO NOT take aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, vitam CoQ10 48 hours prior

DO NOT tan or have a sunburned 7 days prior

Keep clean and dry, do not touch your eyebrows! They may feel tender and appear a little red.

DAY 1-3

Brows will start developing a thin layer of scab, continue keeping your brows dry and clean.

Apply a rice grain amount of aftercare ointment on each eyebrow with a cotton swab and clean hands, spread a VERY THIN layer of the ointment across the treated area every morning and night. Brows should not appear greasy, glossy or shiny, if so you used too much, as this can suffocate the skin and delay healing. Never apply ointment on wet or damp tattoo. Continue ointment until your brows are no longer scabbing.

DAY 14

Brows are safe from water. Client may return to normal skincare routines. Brows will appear very light, after scabs comes off, every week up to 6 weeks color will continue to surface and brows will get darker again

DAY 28-42

Your brows are healed and you're feeling unstoppable!!!

A new set of Microbladed eyebrows takes two appointments to complete and for that reason your 6-8 weeks touchup appointment is complementary. After the complementary appointment we recommend a yearly touchup to maintain the crispness and freshness of your brows. However, we do offer different touchup schedules because everyone experience the fading process differently and may need to get a touchup sooner than one year.

Most frequent questions and answers

We recommend yearly touch ups to keep the color fresh. It varies from client to client, but it can be 9 months to 2 years, depending on the client’s skin type and life style.

Most of my clients report little or no pain. Often they say it’s a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, at most. Some clients have literally slept through the appointment! We leave a topical anesthetic on the eyebrow area for 20 minutes before we begin the process, so this leaves most clients totally numb during the procedure.

You must avoid working out for 7 days following your microblading appointment. Light exercising is allowed (minimal sweating), but you must clean the tattooed area with lukewarm water as soon as you are done exercising. The salt in sweat will fade the pigment very quickly and give poor results.

If you have an ideal shape or color in mind, bring those reference photos with you to your appointment. You may also fill in your eyebrows as you normally would to share your desired outcome. If you regularly get your eyebrows waxed or threaded, please do so 72 hours before your service.

If you show up for your appointment with a recent tan or sunburn, you will be asked to reschedule resulting in loss of deposit. Excessive sun exposure before and/or after your treatment may cause the eyebrows to fade into a lighter ashy hue.
