A peel is a dial, not a switch. Most clients need far less intensity than they expect.

Marina is certified in non-traumatic peel technique, which means selecting the mildest formulation that will do the job and building strength across a course if needed. Nothing about it should be alarming.

What it is

A solution of acids is applied for a controlled time to loosen the bonds between surface cells, so dull, uneven layers shed and clearer skin is revealed underneath.

Strength ranges from a superficial refresh with no visible flaking to a medium-depth peel with several days of shedding. The choice is made after looking at your skin, not booked in advance.

What it can address

Dullness and rough texture
Uneven-looking tone and surface pigment
Congestion and blackheads
Early fine lines

Benefits

Strength on a dial

The same appointment can be gentle or assertive depending on what your skin can take that day.

Fast turnaround

A superficial peel leaves you brighter within days with no visible flaking.

Stacks well

Peels alternate neatly with microneedling and facials across a longer plan.

Not frightening

Non-traumatic technique means no dramatic sheeting or hiding indoors for a week.

Marina's approach

Marina will often talk you out of the strongest peel. Skin that is peeling constantly is not improving — it is inflamed.

Questions

Not with the technique Marina uses. Superficial peels usually produce nothing visible; medium peels produce light flaking around the mouth and nose for a few days.

Let her pick the strength your skin can actually use.
